Information & Support
If you’re looking for support, advice, or information there’s a wealth of resources available online. There are many groups on Facebook which support adults and parents of children with ADHD, and a huge number of parent support groups across the UK.
ADDISS is the UK’s National ADHD Charity and provides support to people with ADHD and their parents, including an email and phone hotline. We also organise conferences across the UK to provide information about ADHD.
AADDUK is a site for adults with ADHD in the UK to access resources and support. They also have meetups in London and Bristol on a regular basis.

We need your support
Our work wouldn't be possible without the generous support of people like you. There's still so much left to do in the fighting stigma around ADHD, so please give what you can.
